Blood Motor Group is a well-established group of dealerships located in Geelong and Melbourne.

A position has recently become available for an Automotive Deal Processing Clerk based at our Blood Toyota dealership.

n

Reporting directly to the Dealership accountant, the successful applicant's key role will be responsibility for:

n

Administrative finalization of vehicle sales including:

n

n
- Document Processing:Accurately preparing and reviewing sales contracts, financing agreements, and insurance documents for new and used vehicles.
n
- Compliance & Licensing:Ensuring all transactions comply with VicRoads regulations and dealership policies.
n
- Record Keeping:Organizing, filing, and maintaining accurate vehicle sale records for auditing purposes.
n

Other duties will include:

n

n
- Managing all areas of account receivable including following up customer queries and outstanding invoices
n
- Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations as required
n
- Managing documentation related to wholesale vehicle acquisition and disposal processing
n




- Occasional reception coverage
n
- Administrative tasks as required
n

n

Skills and experience

n

n
- You will have completed a qualification in accounting or have substantial experience in an accounting role
n
- Previous experience in an automotive administrative, compliance, or dealership "deal processing" role is highly regarded
n
- High level of accuracy in data entry and contract review
n
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously
n
- Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
n
- Good written and verbal communication a must
n
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise between staff and across various departments.
n
