Key Duties and Responsibilities
n

- Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan menus, assess seasonal offerings, and coordinate dining service delivery.
n
- Plan, organize, and execute special dining functions, group bookings, and promotional events.
n
- Manage stock purchasing, inventory control, and supplier pricing within budgetary targets while maintaining detailed records of stock levels and financial transactions.
n
- Ensure the entire dining and bar facility strictly complies with local health, food safety, hygiene regulations, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
n
- Manage reservations, welcome guests, oversee table service standards, and directly handle customer inquiries or feedback to ensure high satisfaction.

- Recruit, train, roster, and supervise front-of-house staff, maintaining workplace safety, service speed, and presentation standards.
