Your New Role
You will be responsible for:
- Analysing and documenting current business processes to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic outcomes.
- Conducting business and systems analysis to support the design and implementation of process improvements.
- Developing business requirements, user stories, process maps and supporting documentation.
- Engaging with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to gather requirements and facilitate solution design.
- Evaluating proposed solutions and providing recommendations to improve business outcomes.
- Supporting project delivery through testing, implementation activities and stakeholder management.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Previous experience in Business Analysis within a government, regulated or large enterprise environment.
- Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and business improvement experience.
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple business areas.
- Experience supporting project delivery, transformation initiatives or service improvement programmes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities in a complex environment.
Logistics Contract
The Logistics Contract role until December 31st, 2026, with strong potential for extension.
Hybrid working arrangement.
Daily rate of $602.55 + super.
Australian Citizenship is required.
