Reports To:

Principal and/or Building Supervisor/Custodian Second Shift Supervisor/Assistant Director of Buildings and Grounds

Job Goal(s):

To provide reliable custodial services in accordance with the district's health and regulatory standards to keep school buildings clean, secure, and welcome for the entire school community.

Qualifications:

- Must possess a Black Seal Fireman's License for boiler operation.
- Certification of good health signed by a licensed physician.
- Sufficient strength, agility and dexterity to perform required tasks.




- Possession of a valid NJ Motor Vehicle Driver's License.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

Starting salary $57,206.00

Placement on the salary guide, Paramus Public School Association of Custodian and Maintenance Workers (PPSACW)

Requirements:

1. 1.New Jersey resident or willingness to relocate.
2. 2.Controlled substance testing and successful completion of criminal history background check are required of all applicants offered employment.

Evaluation:

Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with the provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Non-Certified Personnel
