We are seeking those with a passion for caring for the elderly who want to start their career with a caring, supportive, and progressive company. Our client, a well-established Aged Care and Healthcare organisation, is seeking new team members to join their Home Care team.

No experience or qualification is required. Be prepared to complete a Certificate III in Individual Support, as a trainee (study and gain experience on-the-job).





We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in new residents.

What we are seeking:

- Have a great attitude
- Be reliable
- Willingness to learn and work
- Ability to pass/present a transparent National Police Check, or willing to obtain one
- Working Rights in Australia (to complete the traineeship, must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident)
- Have regular availability (minimum 4 days a week)

Services - Unskilled (not qualified)

- Bed making, room tidying up
- Domestic Assistance
- Laundry, dusting, vacuuming, surface cleaning
- Bathroom cleaning/tidy up.
- Ability to listen, build a rapport, and work with a range of clients and other staff
- Complete documentation
- Follow policies and procedures
- Complete your accredited and mandatory training as part of your role.
