We are now looking for an Experienced Business Manager (F&I;) to join our team and help maximize finance and insurance opportunities while delivering

exceptional customer experiences.

About the role

n

As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for presenting finance, insurance and

n

aftermarket products to customers while working closely with the sales team to

n

maximise every opportunity.

n

You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, compliant and professional finance

n

process for customers.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Structuring and presenting finance and insurance solutions
n




- Maximising finance penetration and dealership profitability
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service and experience
n
- Maintaining full compliance with lending and regulatory requirements
n
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with finance partners
n
- Working closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities
n

We're looking for someone who:

- Has proven experience as an Automotive F&I; Business Manager
n
- Has strong product knowledge and finance structuring ability
n
- Is highly motivated and target-driven
n
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Maintains a strong focus on compliance and customer experience
n
- Is Looking to build a future with a Strong Team by their side
