About the Position

n

You willreportto the Project Manager, with a sub-report to the Construction Manager, and will bea critical part of the Production Team. Internally you willliaiseclosely with the Site Manager and at times other relevant departments. Externally the roleinvolves regular contact with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors. You will assist in subcontracts and supplier procurement and financial management for allocated projects in accordance with specific contract conditions and within the company's policies and procedures. You will ensure each project is completed on time,



within budget and to the highest quality.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will needskills and experience in the following:

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications
n
- Fit-out/refurb sector working on projects from $1M to $15M
n
- Management of project cost controls
n
- Programming, budgeting and forecasting
n
- Variation and progress claims
n
- Client, team and supplier management
n
- Ensuring best practice QA, WHS and IR
n
- CHEOPS and Procore (preferred but not essential)
n
