THE OPPORTUNITY

n

PYBAR is currently seeking experienced Senior Raisebore Drillers to join our dedicated Raisebore Team. This is a full-time FIFO opportunity, available for an immediate start.

n

To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated recent or current experience in Raiseboring. We're offering multiple points of hire for the right candidates, making this a adaptable and rewarding opportunity to work on some of Australia's most dynamic underground mining projects.

This role will be responsible for:

n

n
- Safely operating and maintaining Raisebore drilling equipment in accordance with site procedures and PYBAR standards.
n
- Leading drilling crews and providing mentorship, guidance and on-the-job training to team members.
n
- Ensuring all Raisebore drilling activities are completed safely, efficiently and to schedule.
n
- Monitoring drilling performance and implementing improvements to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.
n
- Conducting pre-start inspections, routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on Raisebore equipment.
n
- Identifying and reporting hazards,



incidents and equipment defects, and actively participating in risk management processes.
n
- Maintaining accurate drilling records, reports and shift documentation.
n
- Working closely with Supervisors, Engineers and site personnel to achieve production targets and project objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

n

n
- Demonstrated recent Raisebore experience (Essential)
n
- Have proven experience working with underground heavy equipment (Essential)
n
- A strong focus on safety
n
- A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
n
- Hold a current Australian Manual Drivers Licence
n
- Hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance.
