Job Details Marketing Lead Brisbane City | Hybrid | $110k + Super We're partnering with a growing organisation in the agriculture sector to find a Marketing Lead to join their Brisbane team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a hands on generalist role spanning content, social media, campaigns, events and digital. You'll work with a unique B2B audience, turning technical information into warm, engaging content while helping drive brand awareness and lead generation. It's a great chance for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and being part of a smaller, growing team.

What you'll be doing

- Create engaging content across social, email and web.
n
- Manage organic social media and coordinate content opportunities with agency partners.
n
- Turn technical subject matter into clear, engaging and easy to understand content.
n
- Coordinate and attend industry events across Australia each year.
n
- Write EDMs, articles and website content.
n
- Support campaign delivery across digital, social, email and PR.
n
- Manage day to day website updates through WordPress.
n
- Support HubSpot campaigns, reporting and CRM activity.
n
- Work with agencies, designers and external partners on marketing activity.
n

About You

n

n
- 3 to 5 years' experience in marketing or a content agency environment.
n
- B2B marketing experience, ideally within a longer sales cycle.
n
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
n
- Social media and event coordination experience.
n




- Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot.
n
- CMS experience, ideally WordPress.
n
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects.
n
- A warm, confident and engaging communication style.
n
