This is a hands-on role working closely with the Director and wider team to oversee and continually improve business systems, processes and client experience. You will ensure the business operates efficiently and clients receive a professional, well-managed experience throughout their build.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and improve business systems, processes and workflows
- Identify efficiencies and implement practical improvements
- Develop and maintain procedures, templates and reporting
- Improve information flow between administration, construction and management
- Manage project documentation and internal processes
- Coordinate client communication, meetings and project updates
- Manage client follow-ups, decisions, approvals and variations
- Liaise with clients, architects,
consultants, suppliers and the construction team
- Identify opportunities for automation and technology to improve efficiency
About you
- Highly organised, proactive and confident dealing with both clients and internal teams
- Experience in a management role within residential construction or a similar project-based environment is highly regarded
- Solid systems, communication and problem-solving skills
