Montefiore is seeking an accomplished Physiotherapist to join as Physiotherapy Manager. Lead a multidisciplinary team across multiple sites, delivering high-quality care to residents and driving clinical governance and safety.

The role reports to the General Manager Allied Health Residential Services and requires a degree in Physiotherapy with AHPRA registration and 5+ years of senior leadership experience in aged care or similar settings. Willingness to travel across sites is expected.
