The Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced and driven Centre Director to lead a well‐established, high‐performing team. This role requires a confident, strategic leader who can balance operational excellence with inspirational leadership.

You will play a key role in shaping the Centre's vision, driving quality outcomes, and maintaining strong relationships with families and the wider community. Working alongside a capable Assistant Director,
you will ensure the smooth and efficient day‐to‐day operation of the service while fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

The Ideal Applicant
n
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced leader with a proven track record as a Centre Director in a long day care or early learning setting. You will bring a strong professional presence and the ability to lead with confidence, clarity, and integrity.
n
Key requirements include:
n
n
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent)
n
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high‐performing teams
n
- Solid working knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standard, and regulatory requirements
n
- Proven ability to drive quality improvement and maintain compliance
n
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
n
- Valid Working With Children Check and RHHAN‐EC
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
n
