Beautiful centre located Adelaides Northern suburbs seeks an experienced Director to join a supportive and passionate team!

n Located in the northern suburbs, this centre is a warm and welcoming place where families, children, and educators feel truly connected. With cosy indoor rooms, nurturing play spaces, and a natural outdoor workplace, the Centre offers an inviting setting that reflects the heart of the local community.

The Opportunity
n An opportunity exists for a warm, experienced Director to lead this close‐knit team of educators and teachers. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll mentor, guide, and uplift your team while ensuring the Centre remains a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children.




n The Centre is fully staffed with a friendly and capable team who are excited for supportive leadership. You'll also be working closely with an experienced Assistant Director to keep day‐to‐day operations running smoothly.

The Ideal ApplicantWe're looking for someone withat least 2 years of experience as a Centre Directorin a long day care or early childhood setting, along with:

n

- ADiploma of Early Childhood Education and CareorBachelor of Early Childhood Teaching(or ACECQA‐approved equivalent)
n
- Strong understanding of theEYLFandNational Quality Standard
n
- CurrentFirst Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxisqualifications
n
- Working With Children CheckandRHHAN‐EC
n
- A warm, approachable leadership style and a passion for building genuine relationships with children, families, and staff
n
