The Chance

n

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an outstanding buying experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, online leads, and showroom visits
n
- Welcome customers and create a positive first impression
n




- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Chery vehicles
n
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
n
- Maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of current promotions
n
- Follow up sales opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records
n
- Work closely with finance and aftersales departments to deliver a seamless customer experience
n
- Build lasting customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business
n
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
n

About You

n

- Previous automotive sales experience is advantageous but not essential
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results
n
- Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
n
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
