ICT Support Analyst - 3 Months to $50/hr - Immediate Start
Reporting to the ICT Operations Manager - Business Systems, you will deliver operational support across core ICT infrastructure, server environments, and end-user devices and collaborate with ICT leadership to enhance future technology strategies.
Key Responsibilities
End-User & System Support: Provide exceptional remote and face-to-face technical support to staff and contractors. Resolve ITIL-aligned service desk tickets, manage escalations, and maintain accurate hardware inventory and asset registers.
Access Control & Infrastructure: Manage the full lifecycle of Electronic Access Cards (EAC). Assist with the maintenance, permissions, and security testing of servers, networks, and station AV equipment.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze ticket trends to identify process enhancements and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
Education & Industry Background: Tertiary qualifications in IT.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), PowerShell, and Endpoint protection platforms.
ITIL & Troubleshooting: Demonstrated ability to manage ticket workflows, prioritize critical incidents, and troubleshoot complex hardware and network issues under tight deadlines.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
