Are you an experienced Educational Leader or Early Childhood Teacher ready to take the next step in your career?

A boutique, family-owned early childhood provider located in the Canterbury Bankstown region is seeking a passionate Pedagogy & Practice Leader to support educational quality, mentor teams and help shape best practice across a small cluster of services.

This is a fantastic opportunity to move into a service-wide leadership role while working closely with supportive owners who are genuinely invested in quality education and team development.

About the Role

As Pedagogy & Practice Leader, you will play a key role in strengthening curriculum and teaching practices across the organisation by:

- Mentoring Educational Leaders and educators to enhance teaching practice
- Supporting planning, programming and reflective practice aligned with EYLF
- Driving continuous quality improvement and pedagogical consistency
- Guiding teams through critical reflection and professional growth
- Supporting Quality Improvement Plans and assessment readiness
- Promoting inclusive practices and solid family engagement
- Delivering coaching, modelling and professional learning support

This is a non-ratio leadership position, allowing you to focus on supporting educators and improving practice.

About You

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Current or previous Educational Leader, Senior ECT or Room Leader experience
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and reflective practice
- Passion for mentoring and coaching educators
- Confident communicator with collaborative leadership style
- Desire to grow into broader pedagogical leadership
