About the role
n
Garlo's Pies are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse 2IC to join our team, working closely with the Warehouse Manager. This role requires a valid forklift licence and experience operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.

Key responsibilities
n
n
- Assist the Warehouse Manager to lead, train, and guide team members to keep productivity high.
n
- Picking and packing orders with care and accuracy
n
- Receiving and dispatching stock
n
- Working across ambient, cool room, and freezer environments
n
- Keeping the warehouse organised, clean, and protected
n
- Supporting the team to meet daily targets
n
- Following safety, hygiene, and food handling standards
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- Minimum 3 years' warehouse experience
n
- Forklift licence (essential)
n
- Experience in operating high-reach and counter balance forklifts (essential)
n
- Physically fit (able to lift up to 20kg and stay on your feet)
n
- Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments (PPE provided)
n
- Team player who communicates well
n
