We are looking for experienced Bar staff, with a Gaming focus, so if you have a passion for outstanding customer service and love creating memorable experiences? – we want you!
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area
- Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations
- Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experience
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
- Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue
What we're looking for
- Current Valid RSA/RCG/ARCG
- Strong customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.
- Flexible availabilities as there will be varying shifts each week
- Cocktail making ability and general alcohol knowledge
- Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience working in hospitality/pubs and clubs
- Experience is highly regarded but willing to train the right candidate
