NEP is seeking an IT Operations Manager, Asia Pacific, based in Eveleigh. The role is hybrid with business hours and some after-hours work for upgrades and incident handling. You will lead IT operations, incident management, and security controls across APAC, partnering with global teams and vendors to meet enterprise standards.
You’ll drive service delivery, governance and continuous improvement while mentoring teams and ensuring critical systems are monitored, backed up, and recoverable.
