Ethos in Sydney, Australia, is seeking a Head of User Research to lead research across documents, spreadsheets and slide decks for an AI model. This is remote, adaptable 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start.

You will manage the full study lifecycle from discussion guides to insight synthesis, overseeing moderated usability tests, interviews, surveys and research synthesis to inform product decisions.

Ethos is a growing Australian B2B SaaS business entering an important stage of growth and maturity.
