Production Worker - Poultry Processing (Cut Up) (BBBH495) South Windsor, Sydney, Australia

Salary: AUD32.81 - AUD32.81 per hour + Super

Due to growth and increasing customer demand, our client is looking for aCut-up Process Workerto work in the South Windsor processing Factory.

To be considered for the role, you must:

- Be physically fit, committed, reliable, and punctual.
- Be able to adhere to the Good Manufacturing Principals (GMP) and to Animal Welfare Guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

- Use a saw and knife to cut or trim (Maryland, Kyiv, four wings, Leg shanks, collarbone, bum fat)
- Place bones into machine, remove tubs when it reaches 15kgs and stack in freezer at 9 tubs high.
- Cut, weigh and pack heads, fillets, and tongues.
- Package liver, hearts, and giblets into 3 kg bags
- Cleaning of production area
- Any other reasonable tasks as directed by your supervisor or management.

- Casual hourly rate of $32.81 + Super
- Temp to perm for the right candidate.
