ProBuild Australia, established in 2005, has an outstanding reputation in the insurance property repair industry, specialising in domestic and commercial repairs and working alongside many of Australia’s largest insurers. Due to sustained growth, ProBuild Australia is seeking an experienced Repair Coordinator / Case Manager to join our high-performing team. Following our recent relocation to our modern Somerton Park head office, this expansion has allowed our team to grow and further strengthen our claims management and service delivery capabilities.

Role summary:

As a Repair Coordinator / Case Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Supervisors and Estimators while managing a portfolio of insurance building repair claims from allocation through to completion.

Acting as a central point of contact between customers, insurers, trades, suppliers, supervisors, and estimators, you will help ensure repairs are delivered efficiently, within budget, and in line with insurer service standards. This role combines customer service, administration, coordination, and problem-solving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Supervisors and Estimators

Manage a portfolio of insurance building repair claims from commencement through to completion

Coordinate trades, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure repairs progress efficiently

Liaise daily with insurers, homeowners, tenants, and contractors

Schedule inspections, repairs, and trade appointments

Review reports,



scopes, quotes, invoices, and supporting documentation

Monitor claim progress and follow up outstanding actions to ensure key deadlines are met

Maintain accurate claim notes and job records within company systems

Assist Supervisors and Estimators with claim administration, job tracking, and customer communication

Resolve customer enquiries and repair-related issues in a qualified and timely manner

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in insurance repairs, insurance claims, building, construction administration, case management, or a similar coordination role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Experience using job management, claims management, or scheduling systems is highly regarded

A positive attitude with a proactive and solutions-focused approach

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
