Onsite Rental Group is seeking a Team Leader to manage a service team responsible for equipment inspections, servicing and repairs to support demand at Tom Price and Newman. The role includes fly-in fly-out rotation (8 days on, 6 days off) with wide-ranging work on and off the tools.
You will coordinate servicing, mentor staff, provide diagnostic guidance, train technicians, ensure parts availability and champion safety across the team.
