Northcott is seeking an Advanced Practitioner – Behaviour Support to deliver specialist, person-centred behaviour support for customers with complex needs. You will develop PBS plans, collaborate with families and staff, and contribute to practice leadership and training.
You will supervise practitioners, participate in peer supervision and help shape PBS practice across NSW, QLD & ACT, in a not-for-profit setting that prioritises rights and independence.
