Graduate / Junior Operations Associate
Sydney | Full-Time, Permanent | High-Growth Financial Services

We are partnering with a fast-growing, financial services business in Sydney that is looking for a sharp, energetic Operations Associate.

This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in professional admin, retail banking, or operations who brings a great attitude and wants to learn how a finance business actually runs.

- Full-time permanent role
- $75,000 - $85,000 + super (depending on experience)
- Situated in Double Bay

What You'll Do

You will sit in the engine room of the business, getting direct exposure to the entire financial lifecycle with zero corporate bureaucracy.

- Loan Origination: Guide applications from submission to credit review, proactively fixing any gaps.

- Settlements & Payments: Work with panel solicitors to manage quick settlements and ensure daily payment flows are accurate.

- Compliance: Keep a sharp eye on crucial documents like ID verification and title records.

- Process Improvement: Take the initiative on projects involving workflow mapping and tech automation as the business scales.

What We're Looking For

A degree in Finance, Banking, or Business is great, but your attitude and hunger to learn matter most.

- Experience: Recent graduate up to 2 years of corporate, office, or customer-facing experience.

- Detail-Oriented:

- Sharp & Curious: You think critically, learn rapid, and don't panic when faced with a complex problem.
