What You'll Do

n

As a key member of our team,



you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting day-to-day parts operations.

n

Reporting into the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:

n

- Identifying vehicle makes, models, and part variations using our advanced systems and catalogues
n
- Processing sales, preparing invoices, and managing stock movementCoordinating incoming and outgoing parts orders with efficiency and accuracy
n
- Supporting regular stocktakes and handling returns in line with company policy
n
- Keeping customers and internal teams informed on product availability and delivery timelines
n
- Contributing to a team culture that values safety, collaboration, and customer-first thinking
n

About You

n

You're a proactive, detail-oriented skilled who thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll bring:

n

n
- Experience in a parts interpreter role (preferred but not essential)
n
- Prior knowledge of truck or trailer parts (highly regarded)
n
- Strong communication and computer literacy skills
n
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
n
- A commitment to health, safety and teamwork
n
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required
n
