Job Description

Eldercare is seeking a Lifestyle Program Coordinator to lead the development and delivery of its lifestyle services across our South Australian sites. The role focuses on governance, quality, and scaling wellbeing programs that support residents to live well.

We are looking for professionals from health, wellbeing or ageing backgrounds who can recruit and supervise Wellbeing Consultants, collaborate across teams, and translate clinical knowledge into program leadership. Fridays preferred.
