AARNet Pty is seeking an experienced Director of Legal and Company Secretary to lead the Legal & Company Secretariat function for a 12-month maternity leave cover contract in Sydney. You will act as the Board's trusted advisor and oversee corporate records, compliance and governance across the group.

Reporting to the CEO, you'll manage seven staff, guide risk, privacy and governance initiatives, and ensure timely, high‐quality legal advice reaching the CEO, Board and Executive team.
