Job Description

Varsity is hiring a hands-on leader to run a Melbourne venue. You will coach a team, work alongside colleagues on-bar, and cultivate a lively, guest-focused culture from the moment guests enter.

You will own the venue budget, monitor P&L;, labour costs and COGs, and translate performance data into staffing and promotional decisions. You'll be part of Varsity's Melbourne rollout, with a solid bonus scheme and growth opportunities.
