About the Role

We are seeking a People & Culture Advisor to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in supporting our organization. This is a 12-month max term, full-time position based in Redfern.

Reporting to the P&C; Assistance Manager, you will be the first point of contact for P&C; Queries and play a key role in supporting our employees, volunteers, and managers across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide First-Line P&C; Support: Respond to queries from managers, employees, and volunteers, offering practical advice on policies, procedures, and systems, including initial award interpretation.
- Support Workday Processes: Maintain data accuracy, manage end-to-end P&C; transactions in Workday, and act as a subject matter expert for users.
- Coach and Build Capability: Deliver training and guidance to build confidence in Workday and P&C; procedures among internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to System Enhancements: Participate in testing and feedback for system updates, and ensure process documentation remains clear and current.
- Drive Continuous Improvement:



Identify opportunities to streamline P&C; processes and enhance service delivery in collaboration with your team.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful P&C; qualified looking to grow your skills and experience. You will have a passion for delivering excellent service and supporting the smooth operation of P&C; processes.

Key capabilities include:

- A degree or qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards and P&C; policy frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in P&C; support role.
- Sound knowledge of Workday or other HRIS systems.
