Job Description

Newmont Tanami is seeking a Fixed Plant Control Room Operator to ensure the safe, efficient operation of fixed plant systems such as materials handling, winders, dewatering and ventilation. From the control room you will monitor real-time asset performance, coordinate between surface and underground teams, and support production continuity.

This FIFO role requires calm under pressure, transparent communication, and the ability to identify and resolve issues before they impact operations while working
