Shift & Co. is a neurodivergent-led organisation supporting neurodivergent people across Canberra. We generally work with adolescents and adults aged 12+ — through 1:1 OT, functional capacity and sensory assessments, and practical support with everyday life.

The role

n

n
- 1:1 OT focused on executive functioning, routines, daily living, sensory needs and emotional regulation
n
- Functional capacity and sensory assessments, including AT recommendations and NDIS reporting
n
- Take on the more complex assessments as the senior clinician in the team
n
- Help build the OT service — assessment pathways, resources, procedures
n
- Supervise and develop newer clinicians as the team grows
n
- Bring an OT lens to team learning and multidisciplinary discussion
n

- $110,000 – $125,000 + 12% super, depending on experience

What we're looking for

n

n
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
n
- Solid experience with FCAs and NDIS report writing
n
- Experience with neurodivergent adolescents or adults highly regarded
n
- Interest in supervision, or willingness to grow into it
n
- A genuine commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practice
n
- WWVP registration and NDIS screening, or willingness to obtain
