Northfleet is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Officer to be the frontline ICT support for our Western Australian operations. You will resolve most issues independently, escalate where needed, and lead efforts to eliminate recurring problems.
This Perth-based role at Osborne Park reports to the Head of ICT, with occasional travel to depots across the region. You will handle device management, user provisioning, telematics support, and on-call duties as part of a small hands-on team.
