Job Description

Ericsson in Sydney, NSW, is seeking an experienced MS Core Cloud Specialist – Fixed Voice to join our team. You will operate and maintain Fixed Voice nodes, perform fault management, upgrade software, configure C20 elements, and monitor KPIs with Grafana.

This senior role requires deep expertise in Ribbon and GENBAND voice switching platforms to support and evolve Fixed Voice network infrastructure across Australian Data Centers, collaborating with cross-domain teams to ensure service
