Working across our Family Day Care (FDC) and In-Home Care (IHC) programs, you will provide high-level administrative, financial, and systems support while helping educators and families navigate childcare processes.

About the Role

As our FDC & IHC Administration Support Officer,
you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our childcare services by providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, coordinating training resources, and supporting childcare subsidy processes.
n
You will work closely with educators, families, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and ensure compliance with industry and legislative requirements.
n
There is possibility for an extension for this position beyond June 2027.
