Are you an experienced RN with Anaesthetic experience, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care?
n
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for RNs who want to join our collaborative Anaesthetic team on a full time basis.
n
As an experienced RN in anaesthetics, your role will include:
n
n
- Deliver evidence-based care
n
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
n
- Ensure patient and staff safety
n
- Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health journey
n
n
About the Company
n The hospital is a 152 bed hospital which offers a range of specialties including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, ENT surgery, general medicine, general surgery, gynaecology, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, plastic & reconstructive surgery, oncology and urology. It has 9 operating theatres - operates electively over a 6-day week, a procedure room, 3 angiography labs, an Infusion Suite,
a 24/7 Cardiac Emergency Service and a 10 bed level 3 critical care unit.

About You
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
n
- Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- The ability to work well independently and within a team
n
- High level organisational skills to meet time constraints
n
- 12 months plus experience in anaesthetics
n
- Strong clinical skillset
n
- Demonstrate the ability to show initiative Excellent communication skills
n
