What You'll Be Doing

- Complete daily weed spraying schedules
- Operate spraying equipment using IPM principles
- Prepare and mix herbicide chemicals safely
- Clean and maintain spraying equipment
- Comply with traffic management procedures
- Report servicing needs for plant and equipment
- Assist with general parks maintenance as needed
- Attend toolbox meetings and promote safety
- Maintain high standards of work quality

Position Description - Weed Control Operator

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a hands-on team player with a passion for outdoor work. You'll ideally bring:

- Herbicide Spray Operators Certificate (desirable)
- Certificate as Traffic Controller (desirable)
- Certificate in Horticulture or relevant experience (desirable)
- Basic First Aid Certificate (desirable)
- Understanding of workplace health and safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
