Access Aged Care is seeking an experienced RN or EN to support on-site clinical coordination in Residential Aged Care Homes across Western Australia, including Northam. The role runs Monday to Friday with no night shifts and finishes by 5pm, keeping weekends free.
A graduate position is not offered, and in office care delivery remains the focus. You will assess situations, coordinate with GPs and Specialists, prioritise competing demands and make timely clinical decisions to ensure residents
