Our client, an established business delivering projects near Melbourne Airport, is looking for an HSE Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a safety professional in the 3-7 year experience range who wants genuine flexibility without stepping back from meaningful project work.

This role offers a mix of office-based work from the northern suburbs and regular site visits to projects out near the airport. A company vehicle is provided for site travel. Our client is genuinely open to a 4-day week (pro rata) or full-time hours - whatever suits your circumstances best.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Provide day-to-day HSE advice and support across office and site environments
n
- Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments
n
- Support incident investigations and corrective action processes
n
- Review and monitor compliance with SWMS and safety documentation
n
- Assist with inductions, toolbox talks and safety training delivery
n
- Maintain compliance records and support continuous improvement initiatives
n
n
About You
n
n
- 3-7 years' experience in a WHS/HSE Advisor role
n
- Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS, or equivalent qualification
n
- Solid understanding of WHS legislation, codes of practice and risk management principles
n
- Comfortable working across both office and site-based environments
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
- Strong communication skills and a practical, proactive approach to safety
n
n
