The position requires flexibility to work across AM, PM and Night shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

About The Role
n
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll work alongside our Registered Nurses and care team to deliver high-quality clinical care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
n
Your Day Will Include
n

- Supporting resident admissions and ongoing assessments.
n
- Administering medications safely and accurately.
n
- Maintaining clear and accurate clinical documentation.
n
- Contributing to resident care planning and evaluations.
n
- Monitoring resident wellbeing and escalating concerns when required.
n
- Working collaboratively with the broader care team to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
n
- Helping create a safe, respectful and welcoming environment where every resident is treated with dignity.
n

Essential Requirements

- Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent).
n
- Current AHPRA registration.
n
- Knowledge of aged care standards and accreditation requirements.
n
- Robust clinical and documentation skills.
n
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
n
- Understanding of the Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
