We're seeking a motivated Junior IT Project Manager to join a high-performing technology team and help deliver a range of IT initiatives.
n
This opportunity is ideally suited to someone with 2-5 years of project management experience who enjoys variety, can adapt quickly to changing priorities, and thrives in a quick-paced environment. You'll be responsible for coordinating multiple small to medium-sized projects, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and vendors to achieve successful outcomes.

About the Role
n
You'll take ownership of project planning, coordination and delivery activities across a portfolio of IT projects. Success in this role will come from your ability to stay organised, communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Manage multiple concurrent IT projects and workstreams.
n
- Develop and maintain project plans,
schedules and status reports.
n
- Coordinate project activities across business and technology teams.
n
- Monitor risks, issues and project dependencies.
n
- Support project governance and reporting requirements.
n
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and project meetings.
n
- Assist with testing, implementation and project delivery activities.
n
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
n

About You
n
n
- 2-5 years' experience in Project Management, Project Coordination or a similar role.
n
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
n
- Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously.
n
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
n
- Experience working within an IT or technology environment.
n
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies is advantageous.
