Pointer Strategy is seeking a founding Community Lead for GTM ANZ in Australia. You’ll own the brand from day one, shaping calendar, partnerships and tone. The role blends sales, marketing, events and relationship-building, with in-person dinners and a regular webinar schedule in Melbourne or Sydney.
The initial package features a $90K base and up to $120K OTE, plus opportunities to grow the community and network across ANZ. You’ll be the first dedicated hire with Pointer’s backing and momentum.
