We're looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance team member to join a well-established and growing Brisbane landscape services company.

Your primary focus will be maintaining commercial and industrial landscapes, working across a variety of established sites throughout Brisbane. For someone who enjoys a bit of variety, there will also be opportunities to contribute to the landscape projects and construction team.

What you'll be doing

Your primary focus will be commercial and industrial landscape maintenance, ensuring sites are maintained and presented to a consistently high standard.

Your work will include:

- Landscape maintenance across commercial and industrial sites

- Mowing, edging, pruning and hedging

- Plant and landscape care

- Weed management and site presentation





- Identifying maintenance requirements and taking initiative

- Working independently across allocated sites

- Liaising professionally with clients and site contacts

- Assisting with soft landscaping and landscape installations

- Contributing to landscape construction and project work when required

- Supporting junior team members where appropriate

Requirements

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with solid hands-on landscape maintenance experience who can be trusted to get on with the job and deliver quality work.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Previous commercial landscape maintenance experience

- Good practical landscaping and horticultural knowledge

- Experience with soft landscaping

- A current manual driver's licence

- The ability to work independently and manage your workload

- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

- Good communication and customer service skills

- A reliable, positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team

Experience in landscape construction, team leadership, skid steer or excavator operation would be highly regarded but isn't essential.
