MEMBERSHIP SALES & FRONT OF HOUSE - Dominance MMA Abbotsford.

We're looking for a confident and friendly admin and sales skilled for the Monday to Fridayearly morning Front of House shiftsat ourAbbotsford locationto commence ASAP.

n

This role requires strong admin skills and customer service experience as well as a high level of attention to detail. Sales experience preferred. We'd love to see candidates who have trained in martial arts themselves, but this is not a requirement.

n

You will be working autonomously, so we'll be looking for evidence that you are self-motivated, a problem solver and capable of prioritising your tasks to get them done as efficiently as possible. You will be the face of the gym, helping new students navigate the start of their martial arts journey and existing students with any support they need. The right candidate will enjoy the social and community-building aspects of the role and be able to balance engaging with members with the administrative and sales side of the role seamlessly.

JOB DETAILS

Casual role paying $33.05/hour Monday - Friday and $34.37/hour Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, with room to move to part-time in the future for the right candidate.

- Abbotsford – Approx.17.5hours/week

- Mon – Fri: 6:00am - 9:30am (must be available for ALL shifts)

This role includes everythingfrom membership sales and retention, administration support, customer service, cleaning, stock control, and daily gym management support.



All tasks are under the guidance of the General Manager and Director/Head Coach.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Exceptional customer service with demonstrated experience
n
- An independent thinker who can work autonomously and problem-solve
n
- Sales experience is preferred, but not a requirement if you can convince us you are capable!
n
- Employee WWCC (not volunteer) and first aid/CPR or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
n
- A reliable and proactive person who is happy to take ownership of the space and make it great
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Martial arts industry experience is not essential, although some knowledge or experience training in either BJJ, Muay Thai or MMA is a bonus.
