VIP Business Development Manager – Sports/Wagering

Australia - Fully Remote (Australia based only)

Jersey Road Talent is working with a growing Australian wagering operator that is continuing to invest across its commercial, marketing and VIP functions.

n

As part of that growth, we're looking for an experienced VIP Business Development Manager who understands the Australian wagering market and can genuinely help drive new business and high-value customer growth.

n

Seeking more than a traditional VIP Account Manager role.

n

The business is looking for someone who can build relationships, create opportunities, acquire new VIP customers and contribute commercially to the continued growth of the operation.

n

The role

n

You'll work across VIP acquisition, client development and relationship management, with support from the wider marketing and commercial teams.

n

Key responsibilities will include:

n

- Developing and acquiring new VIP and high-value customers
n
- Building and maintaining robust long-term client relationships
n
- Identifying new business and revenue opportunities
n
- Growing existing customer relationships where appropriate
n
- Attending relevant sporting, racing and industry events
n
- Working closely with internal VIP, marketing and commercial teams
n




- Contributing directly to customer growth and commercial performance
n

n

We're ideally looking for someone with several years of experience within Australian sports betting, wagering or gaming who has developed beyond simply servicing an existing customer portfolio.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Experience in VIP, business development, sales or client management within wagering
n
- Genuine exposure to new customer acquisition and business development
n
- Robust relationship-building skills
n
- A good understanding of the Australian wagering landscape
n
- Commercial awareness and confidence working to revenue-based targets
n
- The ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
n
- A proactive, driven and growth‐focused approach
n

Experience working with an established Australian wagering operator would be highly regarded.

n

This role can be based remotely anywhere across the eastern seaboard, including:

Competitive base salary plus a performance-based commission/incentive structure.
