QBE Insurance is seeking an experienced AI Governance COE Lead to oversee and strengthen our AI governance framework. In this senior role, you will partner with Data, Technology, Privacy, Risk and senior business leaders to ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory and risk expectations.

You will lead policy development, standards adoption, and ongoing governance improvements, while driving change management and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
