Job Description

The Doss House in The Rocks, NSW seeks a proactive Venue Manager to lead daily bar operations on site. You will oversee opening and closing procedures, supervise staff, and ensure consistent guest experiences across shifts.

Responsibilities include managing bookings and events, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring stock and budgets, and upholding licensing, safety, and presentation standards while supporting marketing activities to grow the venue's profile.
