We are looking for a Health Support Facilitator to assist our growing company in the following areas:

- Training

- Health advice and/or education

- Health Care Plans

- Health Support to Participants with a disability

- Home and Site Visits

Role Summary:

- Permanent / Part Time
n
- 30hrs per Week
n
- S.C.H.A.D.S. Industry Award – Level 5, based on experience.
n

Is this you?
n
The primary responsibility of the role is to work with Chief Health and Quality Officer to meet the health needs of the organisation. Training our support staff will be a key part of the role, therefore travelling between our offices to provide training will be a requirement as well as home and site visits. Confidence in your ability to train small groups of people is a must - you'll be supported by the Chief Health and Quality Officer and Training and Development team along the way!
