Your Responsibilities:

This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the high standards expected within a premium hotel dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional, attentive and efficient food and beverage service to all guests
- Take and process food and beverage orders with accuracy and care
- Ensure food and beverages are delivered and presented in a timely, polished manner
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant environment
- Assist with table set-up, clearing and resetting throughout service
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to ensure seamless service
- Adhere to hotel policies, food safety standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and responsible service of alcohol regulations
- Support opening and closing duties as required

Qualifications

About You

- Have a valid RSA or be willing to obtain one
- Previous experience in a high-volume hotel or premium restaurant setting is highly desirable.
- Thoughtful, accurate, and quick on your feet without sacrificing quality.
- Positive, personable, and adaptable under pressure.
- Always ready to jump in and support your team members.




- Available to work a rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
