Slipstream Brewing Co. is seeking a full time Senior Chef to join our Yeerongpilly kitchen in Brisbane. We welcome applicants from Chef de Partie through to Sous Chef, with title and salary aligned to experience.
You will lead or support your section, prepare and cook menu items to a high standard, work with the Head Chef to deliver a smooth service, contribute to menu development, stock control and food costing, uphold WHS and food safety, and mentor junior staff for events.
